Personalized Items

Since every Animnova piece is custom-made with your name or chosen word, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item

• Contact us at hello@animnova.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include a photo of the issue
• We'll remake your piece or issue a full refund

Non-Personalized Items

• Can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Must be unworn and in original packaging
• Return shipping is at your expense
