Jewelry Care

Caring for your Animnova piece

— Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Put your jewelry on last.

— Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, warm water and mild soap work beautifully. Pat dry.

— If your piece meets something harsh (bleach, acids, chlorine), rinse it with water right away.

— Gold & Rose Gold: remove before bathing or swimming. Long exposure to water and soap wears down the finish over time.

— Store alone or in a soft pouch. Stainless steel is strong, but its polished surface prefers its own space.

Each Animnova piece is made to order. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, please allow:

— United States: 12–20 business days
— International: 16–30 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Holiday Shipping
November and December are our busiest months. Processing and shipping take longer than usual during this season.

For Christmas delivery, please order by November 25th.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Since each piece is custom-made, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel.

Returns & Warranty

Since every Animnova piece is custom-made with your name or chosen word, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
— Contact us at hello@animnova.com within 7 days of delivery
— Include a photo of the issue
— We'll remake your piece or issue a full refund

Non-personalized items:
— Can be returned within 14 days of delivery
— Must be unworn and in original packaging
— Return shipping will be at your expense
